The Miño is unfolded forming spaces of great inner beauty: they are the islands of river , "as insuas". Insua de San Silvestre, Torrón de Castelo, Insua de Arriba, Insua de Abaixo, Insua do Pazo, Insua de Seivane, do Curro, Meilán, Santalla, Perrelo, Cabanes and Borneiros..., mysterious places that exert a special attraction. They emphasize, by the greatness and thickness of its forests, insuas of Trabanca, San Roque and Cela, known by Insuas do Miño. In this respect, the islands of River Miño have been recently declared as nature reserves.
A footpath across their shores allows to go into in these, starting off of the Center of Interpretation, in which complete information is offered.
